English and Math Tutor Position

This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for teaching English and math to students of grades K-10.

  • Develop and teach engaging lessons that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teach in a rigorous and lively manner, and pass on knowledge to students in an exciting way.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and provide suggestions for adjustments based on classroom feedback and lesson experience.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators, collect feedback from students and parents, and make corresponding adjustments to lectures and courses.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to teach in full English.
  • Good collaboration skills, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn on the job, and the ability to actively share insights with team members.
  • A strong sense of responsibility for work and understanding of the importance and urgency of tasks.
  • Passion for education, caring for students, and the ability to teach in a lively, interesting, and relaxed manner.
  • Attention to detail, high quality of work output, and a spirit of excellence.
  • Experience in teaching English (K-10 preferred).
  • Working with children check (type: employee).
  • Ability to work with scheduling needs on weekends to complete teaching work.
