Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus uniform allowances. We estimate that the annual salary for this position will be approximately $50,000-$70,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and fun-loving Early Childhood Educator to join our team at All Saints' OSHC in Boonah. As a casual educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and educational experiences for children aged 6 months to Kindergarten, promoting their well-being and supporting their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create fun recreational and educational experiences that support the well-being of children
  • Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children
  • Work collaboratively with the established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy
  • Participate in professional and personal development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent, or be studying or willing to enrol in study. You must also hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and have knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
