About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Operations Manager to join our team at The Just Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for controlling stock processes and inventory management within the store.
During off-peak periods, you will contribute to the overall success of the store by delivering sales productivity through great customer connection, personal KPIs, and contributing to operational responsibilities.
Your time spent on stock duties will range from 50-100% of your hours depending on the time period in store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the store and offsite stock operations while maintaining stock standards.
- Lead and train Stock Team Members within the store.
- Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock-related processes is maintained.
- Assist with setting up store promotions and visual merchandising.
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer, aligned with The Just Group's brand standards.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets.
- Minimize stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment.
- Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect, and sell to customers.
- Value integrity and doing things the right way.
- Enjoy working with a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
