The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service-oriented architecture, designing and implementing efficient business processes that enhance end-user efficiency.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Design, Develop, Test, Tune, and Implement: Design, develop, test, tune, and implement IFS cloud application efficiently.
- Develop Core Services and Components: Develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architecture.
- Integration and Deployment: Handle deployment, integration, and data migration activities on IFS Cloud solutions effectively.
- Incident and Change Management: Manage incidents escalated from L2 support, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
- Enhancements and Bug Fixing: Perform enhancements and bug fixes as part of the support scope.
- Documentation and Support: Maintain all relevant documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and user manuals for dispatchers, field technicians, and administrators.
Technical Qualifications:
">- IFS Cloud Expertise: Expertise with IFS Cloud Service Management solution, including PSO, Mobile, and Integrations.
- RESTful API Experience: Excellent experience with REST-based services, SQL server procedures, scripts, views, and functions.
- SOA Principles: Strong understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.
- Distributed Systems: Proven track record of implementing distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools.
- CI/CD Tool Chains: Experience with deployment change management and CI/CD tool chains.
