Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Prepare and administer employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Monitor key employee dates, such as end-of-contract notifications and visa expirations.
  • Provide effective payroll administration.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and documents.
  • Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Respond to queries and requests through the HR Inbox.
  • Liaise with external HR advisors.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives and return-to-work programs for injured employees.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
