Business Central Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Central consultant to join our team. As a Business Central Lead Consultant, you will work closely with clients to configure and customize D365BC solutions, respond to client support requests, monitor system performance, and identify potential issues before they impact the client.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Analysing, troubleshooting, scoping and designing requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
  • Multitasking, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules and apply your skills to help our clients unlock the value of technology.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical and analytical skills. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in development in D365 Business Central/NAV
  • Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management, and change management
  • Ability to estimate BC services, capture scope & requirements, write user stories, and development specifications
