Home Stylist

We are seeking an experienced Home Styling Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful home environments and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and individual KPIs
• Provide expert home styling advice and support to customers
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement business plans and objectives

• Degree in Retail Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
