Main Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects, leveraging your technical expertise and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
- Team Development: Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff, mentoring and developing junior engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our national Civil team and local Structures team to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the engineering consulting industry, with a track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in 12D or Civil3D software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
