Main Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects, leveraging your technical expertise and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
  • Team Development: Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff, mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the engineering consulting industry, with a track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in 12D or Civil3D software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
