Our Mission
Tech Finance provides financial control, reporting, and planning services to the Technology division. We work closely with our stakeholders to help them understand their cost bases and deliver strategic and financial plans.

Our team consists of approximately 90 people who provide financial management, planning, and controls services to Group and Business Unit CIOs.
We are responsible for:
- Providing insights, analysis, and advice on past and future financial performance
- Offering robust financial control and effective management reporting
- Supporting decision-making with data-driven insights for Technology strategic initiatives and investment programs
- Developing meaningful analyses to drive better business outcomes, including cost optimisation and simplification
- Guiding business leaders on financial performance, financial plans, forecasts, and the impact of change initiatives
Your Role
You will support the Senior Manager, EM and GM of Technology Finance, the Technology Finance Leadership Team, and the wider Finance community within CBA by delivering transformation programs for Technology Finance. This includes supporting Pace in Technology, process improvement, and standardisation across Technology Finance, as well as delivering AI and BI solutions.
To achieve these outcomes, you will collaborate extensively with the broader Technology Finance team and other Finance teams across the Group.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving productivity and process improvements across Technology Finance through BI initiatives and Program Delivery
- Coordinating multiple large projects and programs of work across Technology Finance, including standardisation and process improvements in Technology Finance COE, and new projects when needed
- Partnering with the BI capability to assist with standardisation and process improvements across Technology Finance
- Maintaining productive relationships with Finance, Risk, and Business stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, based on location and experience, to attract talented individuals like you.
