About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Operations Specialist to join our Service team in Yatala. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient operations of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate all aspects of the service and after sales department">
  • Ensure orders and requests are carried out in a timely manner">
  • Investigate complaints and resolve issues">
  • Coordinate service work requests between the service technicians">
  • Update customer details in our CRM system">
  • Assist with inbound sales, spares, and service enquiries by phone">
  • Monitor inventory levels">
  • Maintain internal database systems">
  • Manage communication flow to the sales team">
  • Generate reports from our CRM and ERP system">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft office and CRM systems">
  • Effective communication skills and professional phone manner">
  • Sound time management skills and multitasking abilities">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships">
  • Mechanical aptitude or trade background or qualification highly regarded">
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills">
  • ERP Platform system experience desirable">
  • Current driver's and forklift license">
