We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator Trainee to join our team. This is a full-time, maximum-term role (18 months) where you will earn while you learn and work towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with and be supported by an experienced team of educators and teachers, educating and caring for children aged 0-5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with and support experienced educators and teachers to educate and care for children aged 0-5
- Assist in planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff members
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have no prior qualifications or experience in early childhood education
- Be able to commit to full-time hours
- Obtain a valid Working with Children Check for paid work
