**Contract Management Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support our Sales & Marketing and Project Execution within our Business Unit. This role involves ensuring the portfolio of contracts follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with internal standard procedures.
- Review and comment on commercial and technical tender terms and conditions.
- Analyze prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts, as work proceeds.
- Cooperate with legal to draft, negotiate and finalize agreements during the Sales and Project Execution phases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts (i.e. payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guarantees, etc.).
- Verify that both parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and there are no responsibilities outstanding.
- Assess success of the contract and determine if there are any lessons learned for future contracting.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in law or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field / Risk Management/ Contract Management/ Legal/ Commercial Role.
- Extensive experience in Contract Management functions and processes in project execution of EPC energy projects or similar industrial plants or manufacturing of complex industrial products.
