Your Dream Opportunity

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the India, Philippines, Indonesia, and Middle East markets. To achieve this, you will lead local teams, establish and deliver agreed business objectives, and ensure financial performance aligns with budgeted profit margins.

  • Provide timely and ongoing feedback, training, and development to team members.
  • Maintain harmonious workplace relationships through open and effective communication with other employees and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve business policies, internal controls, standards, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage global strengths and address local challenges.
  • Develop achievable short- and long-term operational goals and drive performance relative to these goals.
  • Effectively drive change and innovation through analysis, planning, and collaboration across departments.
  • E nsure a consistent brand experience is defined, executed, and measured across the business.
  • Ensure appropriateness of product selection, visual merchandising, customer experience, and omni-channel alignment.
  • E nsure compliance with legal, people, financial, and operational requirements as governed by local legislation.
  • Maintain a focus on property, capitalizing on opportunities for expansion in line with business needs and agreements.
  • A ssess current store agreements and make commercial decisions as required.
  • E nsure the CEO is informed of critical business issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
  • A ccountable for the financial results of the business in respect to budgeted sales and expenditure.
  • P lan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget process in a timely manner.
  • E ffectively manage operations within the agreed budget and provide transparency surrounding progress and challenges.
  • E nsure financial business viability by proactively seeking and determining ongoing expense minimization.
  • E ffectively manage daily operations to ensure ongoing profitability targets are met.
  • R eviews, refines, and adjusts the current business strategy framework as required.
  • C ontribute to the development of long-term strategic goals and objectives.
  • D evelop, resource, and sponsor the implementation of business plans as defined within the business strategy requirements.
  • G ain stakeholder approval and engagement for critical strategic changes (proposed and evolving).
  • D evelop a strategic plan by reviewing technological, commercial, and financial opportunities, present assumptions, and recommend plans.
  • I dentify opportunities to maximize business performance in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • E ffectively drive change to ensure the business continues to progress and deliver in line with the broader strategic direction.
  • D evelops and conveys a clear and inspiring vision for the team by being actively involved in operations.
