Corporate Tax Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to provide expert advice on corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, restructures, and financing.

  • You will be responsible for providing taxation services for an allocated book of corporate clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • You will collaborate with our global tax network on multiple projects and clients, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions and insights.
  • You will articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations to clients, driving business outcomes and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
