Seeking an ambitious professional to join our Planning and Environment team as a legal expert in Sydney.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior lawyer on a wide range of planning and environment law matters, including merit appeals, class 4 proceedings, compulsory acquisition and planning agreements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to grow their skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing expert advice on planning and environment law matters;
  • Representing clients in Land and Environment Court merit appeals;
  • Preparing and lodging development applications and supporting documentation;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent qualification;
  • At least 3-8 years' experience in a related field;
  • Strong technical ability and excellent communication skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
