Our Aged Care Team is Seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate Nurse to Deliver Exceptional Care to Our Residents.

The role of the Enrolled Nurse is to provide high-quality, person-centered care that promotes the dignity, well-being, and independence of our residents. This involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver delegated, evidence-based care that meets the individual needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering delegated, evidence-based care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality care
  • Monitoring the health and wellbeing of residents, documenting care, and responding to changing needs with empathy and clinical insight
  • Providing hands-on nursing support to residents, including assisting with mobility, engaging in conversation, and supporting residents through difficult moments

Requirements:

  • Enrolled Nurse qualification
  • Current registration with the relevant Nursing Board
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
