Mental Health Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in providing daily quality, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in their community.

About the Role:

You will be supporting people with disability and/or mental health challenges by promoting independent living and assisting with personal care.

Our team provides comprehensive training, but some manual handling is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar community setting and possess excellent communication skills.
