Job Role Overview:

The primary goal of this position is to oversee and manage change initiatives within the HR department, ensuring seamless alignment between transformation objectives and project execution.

  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies that align with organisational goals, assessing the impact of changes on the organisation and its employees.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process, fostering strong relationships to secure support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans and training programs to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables, supporting the planning and delivery of HR-related projects by integrating change activities into broader project timelines.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, preferably gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment, with a deep understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in project teams, implementing change programs while managing multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in identifying problems at an early stage and resolving them, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
