  • The successful person will be involved in various duties including measuring ingredients, mixing dough, calibrating equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • They must also perform tasks such as keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels, estimating baking needs, preparing and ordering supplies, and stocktaking ingredients on a monthly basis.
