About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lending Specialist to join our Heritage Bank team in Mermaid Waters Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized mortgage loan solutions to our valued members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality conversations with members to understand their financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions.
  • Execute business development plans to acquire new members and grow our customer base.
  • Support and coach other Heritage employees on lending knowledge and community engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
