Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Driver to join our logistics team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include driving HGVs safely and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all freight is loaded and secured correctly, as well as performing daily vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) license.
  • Proven experience in multi-drop deliveries.
  • Desirable: knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling.
  • Experience with electronic pallet jacks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
