Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and experienced forklift operator to join our team in Crestmead, Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order picking using Stock Picker, pick and pack orders, operating counterbalance/high reach forklifts, receiving and dispatching goods, assembling customers' orders, and stacking pallets correctly.

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to unload/load containers, perform quality checks, and stack and wrap pallets. This is a full-time role requiring commitment to Monday to Friday working hours.

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely and effectively.
  • Receive and despatch goods according to company procedures.
  • Assemble customers' orders and stack pallets correctly.
  • Unload and load containers as required.
  • Perform quality checks on all products handled.
  • Stack and wrap pallets securely and efficiently.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid LO Licence.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Own transport.
  • Be physically fit (lifting required).
  • Good written and verbal skills.

You must also pass a pre-employment medical and be available to work on day shift from Monday to Friday.
