We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in a part-time role.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and drinks with precision, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
  • Clean, stock control, maintenance, and daily step-down of machine
  • Speed, efficiency, and quality are vital
  • Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Basic food preparation and function support when required

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods & grind adjustments to create a variety of coffees
  • Barista experience and comfortable at producing high-quality coffees
  • Barista qualifications are highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
