Your primary responsibility will be to implement individual interventions and therapy programs as delegated by treating therapists. You will also be required to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide a flexible and responsive service that meets each patient's identified therapeutic and discharge goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary allied health teams to provide a flexible and responsive service that meets each patient's identified therapeutic and discharge goals.
- Implement individual interventions and therapy programs as delegated by treating therapists.
- Provide administrative and clinical support functions to assist with patient management and contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the ward.
Requirements:
- Completion of Certificate IV (Allied Health Assistance) from a registered training organisation, or equivalent qualification.
- Higher qualification in a relevant allied health discipline at Diploma or Associate Diploma level, or recognised equivalent.
- Certificate level qualification in a relevant health-related field, or overseas-trained Allied Health practitioner with a qualification at Diploma level or higher.
