About the Role
  • Drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts for clients with diverse family structures, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate entities.
  • Advising on estate planning strategies to ensure seamless asset transfer.
  • Creating powers of attorney and enduring guardianships for vulnerable individuals, providing essential support and protection.
  • Guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Structuring charitable giving and succession planning solutions for clients, helping them achieve their long-term goals.
About You
  • 4-8 years' post-admission experience in front-end Wills & Estates, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent drafting and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Tech-savvy approach, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • A client-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
