We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trade Qualified Fitter to join our team in the Townsville Area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development, with access to our Employee Assistance Program and a strong safety culture.

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of duties including repairing, manufacturing, and re-building hydraulic hoses and cylinders, servicing machinery, and using lathes and milling machines onsite. You will also be required to carry out duties in a safe manner in accordance with all business policies, regulations, and procedures, and support team members by assisting with any other relevant duties.

Requirements:

  • A Trade Qualification in Mechanical or Diesel Fitting
  • Proven experience in this trade
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A test
  • A positive attitude towards safety
