The Role:

  • Deliver end-to-end project delivery of IT projects for clients in the defence sector.

You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners to deliver outcomes that support mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
  2. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion.
  3. Ensure delivery aligns with the client's strategic objectives and compliance needs.
  4. Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  5. Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and compliance obligations are completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of Senior Project Management experience and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.

They will also bring the following skills and expertise:

  • Delivering infrastructure and applications/digital transformation projects.
  • High-compliance environment experience, such as Defence, Government, or similar.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Able to proactively identify and manage project risks.
  • Adept at implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for project deliverables.
