- Developing and presenting performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in luxury retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, with a track record of scaling digital growth and acquisition strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of CRO, UX/UI best practices, and optimising customer experiences.
