Job Overview

The Security Engineering Manager oversees the Vulnerability Management team in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities across the global ecosystem.

This involves driving Application Security solutions for large-scale, cloud-native applications, from ideation to delivery within rapid time frames. The ideal solution must be optimally secure while being user-friendly for engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include supporting technical decision-making, fostering a culture of communication, and investing in growth and development opportunities for engineers.

The ideal candidate has experience leading engineering or security teams, enjoys growing people at all levels while scaling systems, and is a hands-on leader with previous experience as a Software or Security engineer.

They should have a deep understanding of vulnerability management practices, be comfortable working with ambiguity, and possess a strong customer focus to understand stakeholders' requirements.

The Security Engineering Manager will work closely with product teams and platform engineers to build shared tooling, define scalable processes, and ensure the company grows securely.
