Luxury Apartment Sales Professional

CoRecruit is seeking an experienced Project Sales Consultant to lead all sales outcomes for a premium inner-city apartment project in Brisbane. This high-end development will feature over 130 apartments, including 2,3 and 4 bedrooms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage buyer enquiries and prospective leads, driving sales outcomes through proactive lead generation and networking with local, interstate and international buyers.
- Deliver sales processes from enquiry through to contract and settlement, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain detailed CRM inputs, providing dedicated ongoing customer relationship management.
- Oversee the onsite project sales suite, effectively managing sales processes and attending to customer needs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong experience in off-the-plan sales, preferably in high-end apartment projects. A proven track record of delivering sales results, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, are essential.
