About the Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner closely with other Heads and report directly to the General Manager.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan to support our ambitious growth objectives.
- End-to-End Product Procurement: Lead supply chain, quality, and planning functions, championing operational resilience and driving innovation and process transformation.
- Business Planning: Oversee supply chain planning, performance metrics, and budgeting aligned with our business strategy.
- Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with quality teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Transformation: Leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in high-performing teams
- Experience in buying or procurement
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to collaborate across business units to achieve results
