Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their Harvesting team in Geelong VIC.

The role will involve working 100% on site, providing ongoing compliance administration support including:

  • Management of transaction queries and driver inductions;
  • Contractor engagement and administration;
  • Undertaking legislation and compliance reviews;
  • Coordinating external contractor compliance audits;
  • Creation and distribution of safety alerts;
  • Obtaining external reports and certificates for production of Site Assessments and Harvest Plans;

To succeed as the Compliance Administrator, you will need:

  • Experience in an Administrative capacity;
  • IT proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word);
  • A strong attention to detail;
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage one's time, whilst prioritising tasks;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with varied stakeholders.
