About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our client's team in Young. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with food processing and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality products.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in a food processing environment, preferably in the meat industry.
  • Strong understanding of food processing and quality standards and guidelines.
  • Qualifications relevant to food processing and/or Quality Assurance are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
