We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Policy Analyst.
About the Role- This ongoing position is based in Melbourne and involves providing policy analysis and advice, including the identification of emerging issues, opportunities, risks and trends.
- You will support whole-of-YJ coordination tasks, contribute to government processes, and translate complex data and evidence into clear insights that support sound policy advice and decision-making.
- Contribute to shaping Youth Justice policy and projects with impact.
- Improve outcomes for young people by providing policy analysis and advice.

- Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Knowledge of government processes and policies.
