Program Overview

Our comprehensive 12-month program includes four, 3-month long placements, covering key areas of nursing, including assessment and care planning, complex health care needs, caring for residents living with dementia, and leadership. You will have the opportunity to work with expert clinicians, develop your clinical skills, and broaden your knowledge in a supportive and caring environment.

About you

We are looking for passionate nursing professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. To be eligible for the Program, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
  • High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
  • Well-developed time management skills
