Position Summary:

  • You will be the face of the hotel, engaging and inspiring guests through every interaction from arrival to departure.
  • You will securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities according to our hotel policies.
  • You will collaborate with the front office team on general operational tasks and support them in their endeavors.
  • You will escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of all hotel features and offerings.
  • You will serve as an expert on the hotel and its surroundings, reinforcing our commitment to wellness within our walls and beyond.
  • You will build strong relationships with existing and new guests, crafting unique experiences that encourage repeat bookings.
