About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that ensures our stores are clean and welcoming for our customers. As a Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys from around the carpark and local area, and returning them to our in-store trolley bays.

Key responsibilities

  • Driving a Coles Services company vehicle around the carpark and local area, collecting trolleys and returning them to our in-store trolley bays.
  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.

Requirements

  • A full unrestricted Australian drivers' license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • Commitment to providing great customer experiences.
  • Keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • Passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
