Pool Servicing Professional

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional pool servicing and maintenance services to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing comprehensive service reports and customer invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues with respect to equipment performance
  • Notifying the manager of any equipment problems, pool chemistry issues or leaks
  • Performing installation of pool equipment as required including pumps, chlorinators, heat pumps, filters and cleaners

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in pool maintenance
  • Completion of Certificate III in Pool and Spa Maintenance (or willingness to undergo training)
  • Valid driver's license
  • In-depth knowledge of pool water chemistry, water balance and servicing practices
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict quality standards and deadlines
  • Professional communication skills and a strong work ethic
