Packers play a vital role in ensuring products are shipped quickly and safely.

As a Packer, you will be responsible for analyzing order invoices to identify which items must be shipped, conducting quality control inspections, and stacking items securely and safely in the appropriate packaging.

Ultimately, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for the well-being and accuracy of items shipped to customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent team working attributes, be vigilant and aware of the entire process at all times, and possess a Forklift licence.

Other key skills include being physically fit as much lifting is involved.

Job Benefits:

  • PPE provided once permanent
  • Forklift Licence/Relevant ticket renewal once permanent
  • 8-hour shifts (all breaks are paid)
  • Starting ASAP - temp to perm role
  • Ongoing work with overtime

What We Are Looking For:

  • A reliable individual who can commit to a minimum of 4 weeks training on day shift prior to moving to respective shift
  • Someone who can conduct quality checks on all product and report figures to the Packing Supervisor
  • An individual who can remove material from steel pallets, carry out visual quality checks on extruded products, and carry out detailed measurement inspection when required
