About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small dedicated team as a Pharmacist in Charge, leading a team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure excellent patient care.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and implement best practices in the workplace.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Vaccination accredited preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
