Compassionate Care Provider Opportunity

We are actively searching for a compassionate and skilled care provider to join our dedicated team in Gladstone.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications with accuracy and responsibility, ensuring client safety and well-being. They will also assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications accurately and responsibly.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene activities.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a care provider.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • A compassionate and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Driver's licence and vehicle.
  • National police check.
  • First aid & CPR.
  • Blue Card.
