Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional operational and customer service experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the growth and retention of business by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage fire, theft & total loss claims in line with set procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in motor or general insurance claims is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with a highly empathetic approach.
