We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary water team in Newcastle. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various water and wastewater treatment plant projects, including design engineering, review of design requirements, site investigations, calculations, modelling, and oversight of drafting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil (structural) engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design. You will also possess knowledge of safety in design, constructability, and operational practices, as well as relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes.
As a collaborative and creative problem-solver, you will be able to provide solutions and service to clients both off and on site. You will also be given opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as mentorship from experienced engineers.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes for the business and our valuable clients.
