As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the payroll teams' knowledge and skills. Your primary objective will be to design and deliver training programs that cater to their evolving needs.
What You Will Do
In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials using contemporary tools and systems. This includes developing interactive modules, workshops, and webinars that foster effective knowledge transfer.
You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted solutions. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback on performance and support initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.
