Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and compile comprehensive stories, epics, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions meet business needs.
- Develop process maps, storyboards, and other artefacts to support solution development.
- Drive, validate, and prioritize initiative scope with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead.
- Assist with triaging and prioritizing production incidents and small enhancements.
- Ensure accurate estimation, planning, and timely delivery of squad work.
- Maintain good product backlog health and clear impediments to prevent disruption.
- Support the Delivery Lead in maintaining governance and oversight of delivery progress.
- Facilitate design discussions aligned with architecture strategy and Shell's future roadmap.
- Innovative and questioning nature to explore ideas and prototype solutions.
- Interest in business solution development with an understanding of design principles and technology solution architecture.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging agile and design thinking approaches and coaching stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and knowledge of the latest technology trends.
- Experience in analysing business processes and designing technology-based solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of running discovery and workshop sessions with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to create research and design artefacts, such as user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
