About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineering Lead with Dental Corporation, you will partner closely with our Technology Team to deliver high-quality software solutions at pace to drive strategic outcomes for our customers. Your primary focus will be on contributing to software development and maintenance, including successful delivery of strategic change initiatives across our technology stack.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement analysis, solution design, coded development, unit testing, and implementation of highly maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Develop high-quality code that leverages existing code libraries, patterns, and architectural techniques.
  • Mentor and guide graduate and other level developers on best practice.
  • Proactively support the uplift of project delivery practices and participate in and contribute to Communities of Practice within Dental Corporation.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Delivery Managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a .NET Developer role with commercial experience in developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
  • Demonstrable expert competence level in using development and automated testing tools in the .NET domain, employing mocking frameworks and Dependency Injection (DI) principles.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud platform, code versioning tools, and API integration development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
