About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to deliver high-quality care to our residents. With a strong focus on resident centricity, you will play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our elderly clients.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence among our residents. If you have a passion for making a difference in people's lives and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • 1 year of experience in the Australian Aged Care Sector is highly desirable
  • Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures
  • Strong safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond to changing situations
  • Passion for building positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Very positive teamwork attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualifications
