Job Title:

Enrolled Nurse

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organisation, providing essential nursing care and support to residents in accordance with our values.

You will play a crucial role under the supervision of an RN, providing positive resident outcomes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and ensuring proper documentation of medication records.
  • Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
  • Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
