The OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at our Darra store. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day. You will work closely with other Bakers and the Production Manager to maintain our consistent, high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Produce a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and sweets, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and other Bakers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Follow Banjo's established Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Be prepared to work across a range of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
