Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer to assist our Spray Painters with day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surface preparation including paint stripping, sanding, masking, paint preparation and equipment clean-up.

  • Surface Preparation:
    • Paint stripping
    • Sanding
    • Masking
  • Assist in the completion of work packs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Carry out other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to undertake duties including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Driver's licence and reliable transportation required due to location.
  • Strong work ethic and highly motivated.
  • Committed to working safely.
  • Able to communicate respectfully and effectively with colleagues and managers.
